      It seems to us, that, for today is an urgent matter the edition of the book about the Turkic world, aimed on the mass reader in which it would be reflected very brief history of everyone, nowadays здравствующего Turkic people, a today's condition and possible ways of their further development.

      Each article, in volume of 5-8 typewritten pages, devoted to the separate Turkic people, "The History, a today's condition and prospects of development" representatives should write included in general chapter (some authors in common are desirable as small as possible to allow discrepancies) given people without everyone’s biliousness and emotions. In a kind of it is necessary to use foreign sources widely. Authors of article can subscribe and under a pseudonym.

      It would be necessary to put on articles qualitative color photos of 2-3 persons with a typical physiognomy of each people in a close up, in national clothes on a background of a characteristic landscape of places inhabitant of given people.

 

(All materials move in an electronic format, texts in Word, on a standard sheet, fonts Times New Roman, the size 14, an interval between fonts usual, a line spacing unary. Photo JPEG). 

 

Someone should as write, and about those our brothers who have disappeared or on the eve of disappearance, or be not capable to write about itself.

 

  The second part of the book will be devoted to the common problems of a Turkic survival and consolidation: to common language and spiritual bases, a Turkic way of social development (Turkic democracy and Turkic model in economy). Though on these questions also there is our development, we require development and additions of other authors.

 

Thus, we shall reflect our common history, a today's condition, conclusions and ways of the further development (under development we assume also consolidation of the Turkic world).

 

      To this book we assign the big educational role. At the mass reader it should clear up in questions of a history, a today's condition and future people, Turkism. It should make revolution in its consciousness help him to determine the position, the place in this world.

 

 

The book should conceptual be truly sustained (idea of unity of roots and opportunities of a survival through a cultural and spiritual unification) and to reflect the basic moments of the put question.

The book should be read easily. It should not represent an excessive congestion of the facts and the abstract reasoning unnecessary philosophized.

The reader, reading it, should not strain to understand sense of each offer, or to guess, about what the author wanted to tell. He should absorb the contents of the book easily.

In general, the book should not be bulky in every respect as it is designed for the ordinary reader.

 

     Not everyone is capable to submit a material in such a way, therefore the co-authorship of several persons will be the positive factor, allowing to create the required book. 

 

      All articles for the book should be handed the editorial colleague, i.e. to us, not later May, 1, 2008. It is welcomed, if authors will transfer articles earlier.

      Further the editorial board will edit and will prepare final variant of the book in Turkish and Russian languages from which it will be necessary to translate it to Turkic and other languages (including on English).

      The book will have volume no more than 14-16 quires. I believe, that after her edition the presentation of the book should be made on annual Congress the Turkic countries and peoples (taking place under aegis TUDEV), i.e. an autumn of 2008.

 

      The ideology of the book should serve a survival and consolidation of Turkic people to emphasize our uniform roots.

From the moment of disintegration of empire Genghis khan and down to present time;                                              

4.2. Aspiration to association Tamerlan, Osma Turk. For example, as an example of aspiration to association: activity of Kazakh khan Kenesary (19 century), Tatar and Bashkir people, people of Turkestan (east and western), Caucasus and others;           

4.3. The theory and practice of unifying movement before disintegration of the USSR;

4.5. Modern concepts and practice of unifying movement - their analysis, plus and minuses;                                                                                           

4.6. Whether Turkic people are worthy to remain an independent branch of a universal civilization if is not present with whom to assimilate?                    

5. Strategy of a survival and development of Turkic people, a Turkic civilization:

5.1. Creation of fundamental bases of a unification of the Turkic world:

а). Development with preservation of national originality of everyone

The end of the book

 

      The original of the book will be created in Russian (if separate parts will be written, for example, on Turkish or other languages they will be translated to Russian), with which then translations into all Turkic languages will be made.

      In all translation editions corrections and any additions are not supposed, therefore it is necessary to write so that representatives of each Turkic people, have found everything, that it is necessary for reception of complete representation about people, about the Turkic world.

 

 

P.S.

Friends, it is the provisional plan though it can be improve, in our opinion the basic structure should be kept as it is.

To pay works of authors, we have no opportunity. Especially the book should be created by Turkic patriots and other humanists, as their duty to Turkic people. 

But each of you understands, that, your work becomes known in the entire Turkic and English-speaking world.

Participation in creation of this book, it is your participation in formation common Turk the world.

Certainly, many of us are occupied with current affairs, above realization of personal ambitions or lives in the own world.

However, if the Turkic world, each Turkic people will not survive, all that we build, we accrue; will serve wiser people, and our proceedings, in particular in the field of social studies a little for whom will be necessary.

Therefore, we are convinced that for us the main problem is a preservation of people.

And the offered book, in this business, undoubtedly, will play a positive role. Also we ask you to accept in creation its feasible participation, and let us know about the intentions.
